Description
This is an early to mid-19th century building on South Street, Fowey. It is constructed of stucco and stands three storeys high. The building has two modern two-light casement windows. A large, projecting shop front is present. The roof is slate and hipped. The building is included on the list for its group value, relating to numbers 1 to 5 (odd) Bull Hill and numbers 1 and 3 Fore Street.
