Description

This is a headstone dating from 1786, located 0.1 meters south of the chancel of the Church of St Wenna in Morval. It commemorates Thomas Harding, the son of John and Lydia. The headstone is made of slate and features a segmental head with shoulders. The inscription includes both upper and lower case lettering with serifs and reads: "Dear Reader Think on Death Before it is too late That you in hopes of joy May enter heaven's gate."
