Description
This is a chimney located approximately 550 metres south of Haylands, dating from the mid-to-late 19th century. It is constructed from roughly coursed granite and slate stone, topped with red brick. The chimney has a circular section that tapers towards the top. On the north side, there is a narrow round-headed red brick arch at the base, which is the former stoke hole. This chimney is likely associated with arsenic mining. There are remains of another chimney about 30 metres to the north, but that is not included in this listing, nor is Haylands.
