Description
The parish boundary stone, located on the south side of a gateway between the original Gwennap and Chacewater parishes, dates from the early 19th century. It is a roughly-hewn granite monolith inscribed with the number 28. This stone also marked the mineral rights of local landowners. It is one of four similar stones included in this listing and is also recognized in the listings for the parishes of Chacewater, Gwennap, and Kenwyn, within the District of Carrick.
