ST KEVERNE TREGIDDEN SW 72 SE 3/145 Tregidden Millhouse and adjoining barn on north 15 1 70 GV II

Mill house and barn adjoining. Probably C18. Rubble stone with granite lintels, quoins and window dressings. Slate roof, hipped on right-hand end and gabled on left. Brick stacks at ends. L-shaped plan with wing to rear. Cross passage blocked. 2 storey, almost symmetrical, 2-window front. Central doorway blocked and 12-pane fixed window inserted. Flanked by two 2-light horizontal sliding sashes (9 panes each light). On first floor, modern 2-light casement to left and 2-light sliding sash (6 panes each) to right. Barn adjoining on left-hand gable end. Whitewashed rubble with slate roof with gabled end. Brick segmental arches to openings. 2 storeys, asymmetrical. Entrance in centre with C20 timber door. Boarded window to left and external stone steps to right to first floor. Partly glazed first floor door on right with C20 window, without glazing bars, above ground floor door. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
