Description
This is a gas lamp post located approximately 2 metres south-east of the White Hart Inn on Lower Maudlin Street in Bristol. It dates from the mid-19th century and is made of cast iron. The lamp post features a moulded base, a fluted shaft, and curved brackets that support a square lantern added in the late 20th century. The lamp has been converted to electric.
