Description
69 Lower Redland Road is a house built in the late 18th to early 19th century. It features a stucco exterior, gable end stacks, and a 20th-century concrete tiled mansard roof. The house has a double-depth plan and is designed in a late Georgian style, standing three storeys tall with a four-window range. The front is symmetrical, with a projecting one-window block on the left side and a relocated doorway. The coped parapet adds to its character. The doorway includes brackets supporting a pediment, a batswing fanlight, and a six-panel door. The ground floor has plate-glass sash windows, while the upper floors have six-over-six pane sashes. There are also two 20th-century dormers. A full-width wrought-iron balcony and verandah with guilloche decoration enhance the façade. The interior has not been inspected.
