Description

This is a house dating from the late 18th and early 19th centuries, which has been altered in the mid-20th century. It is constructed with a rendered facade, stone dressings, and a slate mansard roof. The house follows a double-depth plan and extends over three main floors, an attic, and a basement, with a three-window frontage. The front features a cornice and parapet, and on the right-hand side, a round-arched doorway with attached columns leading to an open pediment. The doorway has a plate-glass fanlight above a six-panel door. Late 19th-century plate-glass sash windows are set within architraves, and mid-20th-century dormers have been added to the roof. The interior was not inspected during the listing process. Attached spear-headed iron railings mark the front area.
