Attached house, now shop and office. Late C18, late C19 shop front. Limestone ashlar, brick party wall stacks and slate curved mansard roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys and attic; 4-window range. A curved corner building with shop front, 1:2:1 windows above separated by pilasters through a first-floor sill band to a frieze, cornice and parapet. Shop front has panelled jambs to foliate consoles and fascia, plate-glass windows, with a C20 right-hand section. Architraves to horned 6/6-pane sashes, blind in the left-hand end; 2 small dormers. INTERIOR: C20 right-hand stair and ground-floor shop. In the style of Thomas Paty's late C18 rebuilding of the city centre.
