GV II

House. c1830. Render with limestone dressings and a hipped slate roof. Double-depth plan. Greek Revival style. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Entrance front has a first-floor cornice and shallow pediment between blocks incised with Greek key; outer ground-floor open porches, the left-hand one with a reeded architrave to a recessed 8-panel door. Above the doorway is a late C19 three-light mullion window curved round the corner. Ground-floor French windows, similar to the first floor, with sunken panels above. Similar pediments to central sections in left and right returns. INTERIOR not inspected.
