Description

No. 64 Colston Street is an attached house that has been converted into a shop and office. It dates from the late 17th century and features a rendered timber-frame construction with a left-hand brick chimney stack and a hipped pantile roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a two-window range. The 19th-century shop front includes a left-hand door and an 8-pane shop window with thin moulded mullions, set beneath a fascia and cornice. The upper floors have 6/6-pane sash windows in flush frames, and there is a hipped dormer with casements that have glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
