Description
No. 7 Pipe Lane is an attached house, now used as offices, dating from around 1710 and restored in 1992. The building features a rendered exterior with limestone dressings, brick party wall stacks, and a hipped roof covered with pantiles, reflecting an early Georgian style. It has three storeys, an attic, and a basement, with a two-window range. Notable architectural details include a moulded coping, a right-hand doorway with a three-pane overlight and a six-panel door, and six-over-six pane sash windows set in flush frames, along with a basement hatch. The interior has not been inspected.
