Description
An arc lamp post, designed in 1888 by HF Proctor, is located approximately 10 metres south of No. 12A on Royal York Crescent in Clifton, Bristol. This lamp post is made of cast iron and features a fluted base with panels that display the City arms. It is topped by a foliate bulb, and the shaft leads up to a foliate top that curves into a half-circle, adorned with curly brackets supporting the lamp, which has a cast flower. The lamp has been relamped.
