Description

No. 76, West Street is an 18th-century house, later used as a shop. It is stuccoed with limestone dressings, features party wall stacks, and has a pantile half-hipped roof. The building follows a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high with a single window on each floor. A 19th-century six-panel door and overlight are located to the left of a 20th-century shop front. The windows are plate-glass sashes in exposed frames, with rusticated lintels above. The interior has not been inspected. The building is of group value.
