Description

A farmhouse, dating from the mid-19th century, now converted into flats. The farmhouse is constructed of rubble with brick dressings and has a double-Roman tiled roof and end stacks. The building follows a double-depth plan and has two storeys with an attic. Its symmetrical front features overhanging eaves and a lattice-style gabled porch that incorporates a four-panel door. There are eight-by-eight pane sash windows and three gabled dormers with casement windows and bargeboards. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the front is a brick garden wall with Pennant stone posts, and cast-iron railings with spearheads and a gate.
