Description
King William House is a former warehouse, now used as offices, built around 1880 and converted in the late 20th century. The building features painted brick with moulded brick dressings and has an open plan office layout. It is two storeys high and has a six-window range. The symmetrical front displays an arcade of full-height semicircular arches with moulded surrounds, late 20th-century plate glass, a continuous hoodmould, a moulded cornice with a brick on edge band, and a parapet. The interior has been rebuilt behind the original facade.
