Description
The farmhouse at Bockhampton Farm, built in 1807, features a facade of grey bricks, which may suggest that it is a restoration of an earlier structure. The building is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers and has a roof that combines bands of fishscale and plain tiles, topped with cresting. It stands two storeys high and has four windows on the first floor, which are sashes with glazing bars. The lower windows generally have late 19th-century glazing, along with one modern bay window. The entrance is off-centre and is sheltered by a tiled hood. The farmhouse is part of a group that includes the North Barn, a cottage, and a pump at Bockhampton Farm.
