Description

This is a street lamp located approximately 1 metre east of number 2 in Poole, dating from the late 19th century. It is made of cast iron and features a round plinth with a decorated panel, a band adorned with shells, and the arms of Poole above it. Below the column, there is an enriched band, and the column itself has decorative spiral binding. The lamp is supported by scrolled brackets and has a tapered square shape with a cap and finial at the top.
