Description

No. 9 Purewell is an early 19th-century building with a painted brick facade and a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features three windows with unbarred sashes. There are two doorways, one of which has pilasters and a projecting cornice above a bay window. Additionally, there are three-light windows on the west side of the ground floor, also with a cornice and pilasters. Nos. 9 to 13 form a group with Nos. 6 (eastern part only) to 16 (even) and the Bridge Furnishing Factory opposite. Nos. 6 (eastern part only) and Nos. 10 to 16 are buildings of local interest.
