Description

No. 49, the lodge to Herbert Hospital, was built in 1865 by T.H. Wyatt. It is a single-storey structure made of Purbeck stone, featuring two gables facing the road. The building has stone-mullioned windows, including one arched window on the roadside. There is a timber porch that has been glazed in. Additionally, a half-timbered dormer is located towards the drive.
