Description

No. 69 in Stanpit is a house from the 18th century or earlier. It features a roughcast facade and a brick eaves cornice, topped with a slate or modern tiled roof that has cresting. The building is 2 and a half storeys high, including two gabled dormers, and has four casement windows. The entrance is a round-arched door with a fanlight above it. There is a later one-bay addition to the east, which includes a square bay on the first floor. Nos. 63 to 69 (odd) along with the garden wall of No. 69 form a group, with Nos. 63 to 67 being of local interest.
