Description

Nos 310 and 312 on Poole Lane are a pair of Tudor-style cottages built around 1850, part of the Canford Estate. They are constructed from buff brick with stucco dressings. Each cottage features a two-storey gable and a canted hip-roofed bay on the ground floor. Most of the windows are two-light, with window heads that include Tudor hoodmoulds, arches to the lights, and stucco mullions and sills. The doorways are recessed and have a four-centred arch, also with a Tudor hoodmould and ornamental hinges.
