Description

Kinson Vicarage, originally called Brookside, is an early 19th-century villa that has been used as a vicarage since around 1930. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and stands two storeys tall. The building features three windows on both the west (entrance) and south sides, all of which have segment heads and intact glazing bars of sash design. Above the six-panelled door, there is a flat hood supported by brackets, and a glazed lunette is positioned above the door. The ground floor windows are flanked by shutters. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring overhanging eaves and a central chimneystack.
