Description
Double Hill Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed of squared rubble, topped with an asbestos-tiled roof featuring coped raised verges. It has ashlar stacks, with a moulded cap on the right side. The building is two storeys high and originally had five windows, although the right part is now blocked by a later lean-to extension, which is not included in the listing. The facade has two windows and a central door; the ground floor windows are two-light casements with moulded surrounds and are set beneath a continuous string course. The first-floor windows also feature moulded mullions and surrounds. The central door is modern and has edge roll moulding, accompanied by a modern projecting porch.
