Description

This is a detached house located in Keynsham, dating from the mid-18th century with alterations made in the early 19th century. The exterior is rendered with ashlar copings, covered by a gabled pantile roof, and features brick stacks at each end. It is built in a Mid-Georgian style, following a double-depth plan. The two-storey east front is symmetrical, with a three-window arrangement and a central doorway. All windows are 12-pane sashes set in flush frames, and there is a raking roof dormer with casements. The front door is a six-panel design with four glazed panels, and is protected by a flat hood supported by brackets. The interior of the house was not inspected. The house is set back from the street and partially obscured by its surroundings.
