Description
This is an early 18th-century chest tomb located about 6 metres north of the north aisle of the Church of St. Andrew in Chew Magna. It is made of limestone and features a hipped top with a moulded edge and a moulded base. The tomb has two fielded panels on the north and south sides, with pilasters on the sides and in the centre, all adorned with moulded edges. It also includes a cornice and a plain frieze. The inscriptions on the tomb have worn away over time.
