Description
Gates, piers, and flanking walls located 20 metres west of Stoney Littleton Farmhouse date from the early 18th century to the early 19th century. They are constructed from ashlar, rubble, and cast iron. The structure features a pair of square gateposts that have three raised and fielded panels on both the front and back, topped with a shallow moulded flat cap. The plain inner faces of the gateposts include a raised rib for hinge mountings, which currently hold a pair of arrowhead gates. On either side, a coped wall extends down to a plain pier.
