House, formerly house and shop. Early - mid c18th, but altered, extended and restored. Rubble with freestone dressings; slate roof with coped raised verges. 2 storeys. 4 windows on ground floor, 3 on first: glazing bar sashes in plain stone surrounds and modern central one storey bay window; 2-light casements with edge-roll moulded mullions and surrounds on first floor. Projecting wings to right and to rear not of special interest.
