GV II

One house to right of terrace of miscellaneous houses. Late C18. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate mansard roof with moulded stacks to party walls. PLAN: Double depth plan. EXTERIOR: Three storeys, three irregular window range. Parapet, coved cornice, horizontal glazing bars to two/two-pane sash windows to second first floor, similar taller windows to first floor opening onto canopied c1840 cast iron balcony. Plate glass windows to ground floor. c1840 four-panel door to left of centre glazed to top and set in reeded architrave with foliate blocks to upper corners. Mid C19 heavy wrought iron area railings have scroll design. INTERIOR: Not inspected.
