Description

This section of wall, likely built around the 1760s or later, is located approximately 10 yards south of the remains of the annealing ovens. The wall is made of rubble and stands about 8 feet high and 20 yards long. It features ten low openings with segmental heads, each surrounded by freestone. The three central openings are blocked. This structure is associated with the nearby remains of the two annealing ovens.
