Description
This is an early 19th century house, likely built for an employee of the Kelston Brass Works. The house is constructed from coursed rubble and has a pantiled roof with brick stacks. It is two storeys high and features two large-pane sash windows with exposed frames. A central plank door is set within a segmental-headed surround. The house was added to a row of three smaller cottages (numbered 26 and 28), suggesting it may have served as a foreman’s house.
