Description
A flight of steps, railings, and an overthrow leading to Somerset Place, dating from the late 18th century. The steps are made of tooled Pennant stone and consist of a wide flight that rises from the southwest in six stages, with approximately ten steps in each stage and landings in between. On the left side, there is a coped retaining wall, while on the right side, there is a coped plinth supporting square section railings that include a gate and part of an overthrow for a former lamp.
