Description
The pump and retaining walls, located about 10 metres north-west of Mendip Farmhouse, date from the 19th century. The structure features a cast iron pump that is painted black and adorned with a lion crest, a curved handle, and a fluted finial. The retaining walls are constructed in a U-shape, standing approximately half a metre high and extending about one metre on each side. The walls are made of brick and limestone.
