Description

Court Leet is a house that dates from the late 17th century, with alterations and extensions made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed from coursed rubble with freestone dressings and features pantile roofs and ashlar stacks. It has an asymmetrical L-plan layout.

The central part, which is from the 17th century, has two storeys and three windows, featuring three-light casements with moulded mullions, two of which are on the first floor and sit beneath a cornice. There is an off-centre plank door to the left with a segmental lintel. To the right, there is a 19th-century two-storey gabled cross wing that has one casement window. The left wing projects and has two storeys with two modern casement windows, along with a single-storey 18th-century outbuilding attached at the north end.
