Description
Widcombe Parade No. 15 is a row house and shop that features a mid-19th century refronting of an early 19th century house. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and has a slate roof. The building has a narrow frontage and a mansard roof, standing three storeys tall with an attic. The façade includes two windows, all of which are plain sash windows set on square brackets, along with a paired flat-roofed dormer. The ground floor boasts a full-width shopfront that includes a glazed door and transom light to the left, as well as a three-light shop window with narrow timber mullions and an ashlar stallriser. The exterior is finished with a moulded cornice, a shallow blocking course, and a parapet that is slightly lower than that of the adjoining No. 14, with coped gables. At the rear, there is a 20th-century dormer above plain sash windows and a door leading to a bridge at the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
