Description

Elrincon is a house located on Crown Hill in Weston, dating from the late 17th century, with alterations made in the early and late 19th century. The building features pebbledash over limestone rubble and has a pantile roof. The gable ends are coped and have moulded stacks, with the right stack being truncated.

The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range. At the eaves level, there are two-light windows with painted stone ovolo moulded mullions, fitted with 19th-century two-pane casements. An early 19th-century projecting enclosed porch is present, which has a low coped parapet and a cornice supported by plain consoles. The porch's architrave features chamfered arises and leads to a six-panel door that is glazed at the top. Flanking the porch are large two-over-two pane sash windows, which may have originally been eight-over-eight pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
