Description

These are a row of twelve terrace houses, dating from around 1825. They are built of limestone ashlar, with some areas rendered and painted. The roofs are covered in Welsh slate and pantiles. The houses follow a narrow, single-depth plan, with rear extensions added over time, some of which have been altered to create modern living spaces.

The houses are two storeys high, with two windows each. Most of the entrances are on the left-hand side, though numbers 32 and 36 have entrances on the right. A cornice and parapet run along the top of the terrace, and the party walls feature chimney stacks with decorative pots. Number 30 has a tented porch and two-paned sashes. Number 31 has a modern porch with six-paned sashes. Number 32 has a tented porch and plain sashes. Numbers 33 and 34 have plain sashes. Number 35 has a tented porch and six-paned sashes. Number 36 has a flat hood over the door, supported by brackets, and plain sashes. Numbers 37-39 are similar in style to number 36. The rear elevation is not visible. The interiors have not been inspected.
