Description

The gate piers and wall located about 5 metres east of Church House date from the late 18th century to early 19th century. They are constructed from sandstone and limestone. The low sandstone wall, which is approximately 12 metres long, features limestone coping and was originally topped with railings. At the centre of the wall, there is a pair of square rusticated limestone ashlar piers with shaped tops. A 20th-century railing gate is included in the structure.
