Description

Dolphin House is a house from the mid to late 18th century, which was altered and extended around 1810 and again in the late 19th century. The garden elevation features coursed, squared rubble with freestone dressings, and a double Roman tiled mansard roof with coped raised verges behind a parapet cornice. The building has two storeys and attics with modern dormers, and it consists of three bays with glazing bar sash windows. There is a modern door to the left, which is situated under a flat stone hood supported by brackets. To the left, there is a two-storey extension that includes a late 19th-century bay window, and there is also a rear extension from around 1810.
