Description

The Penthouse and The Clergyhouse are early 18th-century coach-house and outbuildings that have been significantly altered and are now used as houses. They are constructed from coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, with the right-hand section featuring more ashlar. The roofs are slate and tiled, with coped raised verges. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of two bays each. On the left side, there is a large segmental arch-headed vehicle opening that has been glazed, along with two-light casement windows featuring chamfered mullions and a cornice. To the right, there are two sets of two-light casements. These buildings are included for their group value.
