Description

No. 16 The Batch is a house dating from the late 17th century. It has a rendered exterior with ashlar quoins on the left side and features a double Roman tiled mansard roof. The building is two storeys high with attics that include hipped dormers. It has three bays, with windows consisting of two, three, and four-light casements, as well as small sash windows, all featuring ovolo-moulded stone mullions beneath a drip mould. To the right, there is a modern door set within an ovolo-moulded doorcase, accompanied by a small glazing bar sash window.
