Description

This is a late 17th-century house located on the north-west side of The Batch in Batheaston. Constructed of rubble, it features coarsely cut large quoins on the right side and has a double Roman tiled mansard roof with a raised, coped verge. A rubble stack sits on the eaves. The house is two storeys high with an attic space accommodated within a hipped dormer. It has two bays, containing 2-light and 3-light casement windows, each with ovolo moulded mullions and drip moulds above. A modern door is positioned on the left-hand side, set within an ovolo moulded doorcase.
