Description

Nos. 25, 26, and 27 are three terrace houses located on the north side of Lower Bristol Road, built in the mid-19th century with some 20th-century additions. The houses are constructed from limestone ashlar and feature concrete or double Roman tiles.

The exterior consists of two storeys, each with two windows. No. 25 has a concrete tile roof and replacement sash windows, with a door to the right beneath a narrow transom light. It has a broad mid-band, a cornice, a blocking course, and a parapet, along with a coped gable to the left that includes an ashlar stack. Nos. 26 and 27 feature four-pane sashes on the first floor and a late 20th-century flat-roofed projecting shop at the ground floor. The cornice and parapet continue from No. 25, and there is a coped gable to the left.

The interiors have not been inspected. These buildings are included for their group value, as they visually terminate the long adjacent terrace of 1-24 Victoria Buildings.
