Description

Milestone located on Bradford Road in Bathford, dating from the mid to late 18th century, built for the Bath Turnpike Trust. It is made of rough stone and features an upright structure with a rounded head. A cast iron plate is attached to the milestone, which reads "To/Bath/4 (miles)".
