Description
Combe Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that has been modernised. It is two storeys high, although it was formerly one and a half storeys. The exterior is constructed of random rubble and features a modern corrugated iron roof. The building has coped verges with moulded footstones and carved saddlestones, as well as two brick ridge chimneys. The original mullion windows have been replaced with modern casement windows, with four on the first floor and three on the ground floor. A former circular window, known as a pitching-eye, has been removed from the left side of the doorway. There is a large glazed sun porch located off centre to the left. Inside, there is a blocked inglenook with a staircase situated to the right of it on the west gable end.
