Description
This is an early to mid-18th century house, formerly a gardener's cottage or coachman's house associated with No. 290 High Street, Batheaston House. The building is constructed of rubble and has a double Roman tiled roof. It is two storeys high and has four windows. The windows consist of two modern casements with ovolo moulded frames and two closely-spaced glazing bar sashes. A modern door is set within a moulded doorcase on the right-hand side. The property is listed for its group value.
