Description
Broadwater No 2, also known as Loxwood, is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. It is constructed of white brick and topped with a slate roof. The building has a trellised wooden porch with an iron balcony above it. The entrance consists of a recessed door set in a round-headed frame, which is adorned with a semi-circular fanlight. The original door has four panels that have been cut out and glazed. No 2 is part of a group that includes Nos 19 to 27 (odd) and the wall and gatepiers to No 27 Broadwater Street East.
