Description
10 Broadwater Street East is a building that likely dates from the end of the 18th century. It features a tiled mansard roof and is constructed from flint with brick dressings. The building has two storeys, a basement, and an attic. Above, there is one Victorian-style sash window, along with a smaller window to the right. The shop-front below includes a fascia board that matches those of the adjacent buildings at Nos 4, 6, and 8, and it encloses a left-hand door. The building is finished with a modillion eaves cornice and has an attic window in the west gable. The rear of the building shares ancient walling with blocked openings from Nos 4, 6, and 8. Nos 4 to 10 form a group.
