Description

21 Broadwater Street East is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is made of whitewashed flints, topped with a red tiled roof. Most of the windows are casement style, with the exception of the lower left window, which has been converted into a show window. This property, along with Nos 19 to 27 (odd) and the wall and gatepiers to No 27, is part of a group of buildings that have historical significance together with No 2 Forest Road.
