Rashes Farmhouse comprises two ranges built parallel to each other. The western range likely dates from the 18th century or earlier. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are present. The eastern range is from the 19th century and has a slate roof.
